A lactation tincture to help boost breast milk supply and calm the nervous system.

Ingredients: Shatavari (Asparagus racemosa), Goats rue (Galega), Red raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus), Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgaris), Fenugreek (Trigonella), Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca), cane alcohol, water.

Contraindications: Pregnancy, CMSS (Celery Mugwort Spice Syndrome), take away from iron supplements, caution alongside hypoglycemic drugs (may cause blood sugar to be too low).

Dosage: 7.5mL 2x/day.
